Thank goodness.

I'm getting tired of this new "Fashion" that seems to be plaguing all these people in America. Not only does it look utterly ridiculous, but it makes the person look like a ****ing jack ass.

I love watching COPS. Nothing amuses me more than seeing someone trying to run away with their pants around their knees.

they should also ticket anyone who pull up their collars like we did back in the 80s - that was totally not cool and should be permanently banned.

The style down here for the gangbangers/wannabe gangbangers is to wear blue or red basketball shorts and then have jeans sagging. Since they are wearing shorts I suppose this law would not affect the style.

I don't really see how they can punish people for clothing style and I imagine the real reason for the law is so they can stop and question people using the pants as an excuse.

i'm no racist, but i stereotype like a MOFO!!!!!
no matter who it is, my first impression of someone who sags is that they are punk kids that have little respect for others and no manners and i look down on them. my opinion of them stays that way untill they prove me wrong and that has NEVER happened yet.

oh, yes, popped collars are quickly becoming just like "sagger". they just have a lil more cash for a shirt that has a collar.
