its worst when they have more than 1 layer of sagging or popping... have you seen them with boxers, shorts AND sweat pants in the winter? its like a ****ing circus. then with the two or three polo shirts with ALL the collars popped? ****ing hilarious.

I was under the impression that indecent exposure laws are set at the state level. If I cared, I'd look it up for MI, and I bet it says nothing about exposing your underwear.
