They're lucky I wasnt the one in that white van. There wouldnt be anything left of him or his "scraper bike" if he was riding around in the street like that.

If someone did actually not stop and run him over.. could they actually get in trouble for that? I mean.. You cant just take your bike and ride in the middle of a 4 lane. Seriously
