that food doesn't look very good. the guy does not have enough BTU to make extremely good chinese food. by the look of his kitchen, he's probably cooking one dish at a time. that, plus low BTU, will mean that food sitting on the table is getting cold which not only makes bad chinese food, but bad seafood.
