One thing I forgot to add though and would like to stress. Just as my views are biased so are the views of those in the links. If you are honestly interested don't take my word nor theirs. Do your own research and make up your own mind. Don't let others do it for you

Ahahahaha, you should see it from my perspective: I used to live in Oklahoma. Think of an Asian-American with the accent of a mid-west hick/redneck, and a practicing LDS, that totally blows your mind eh?

There are actually a good number of Chinese (mostly in Taiwan/from Taiwan) Mormons. The missionaries went to Taiwan VERY early and is sort of an icon on the streets of Taiwan where "tall, handsome foreign (caucasian) young men in their early 20s ride bikes and walk through the streets of Taipei, Taichung, Kaoshung, and Tainan" I paraphrased from an article I read a while ago. Taipei has a Mormon Temple that opened up around 1984/1985. My best friend in the church served his mission in Taiwan - something he's always wanted to do, and my best friend is basically the epitome of what I paraphrased: the dude is 6'3", blond, blue eyes, and an Eagle Scout
