Be wary of the money back guarantees. They typically don't include refunding you the s&h charges. BTW, most places make their money off of the s&h charges. The $19.99 cost is usually just gravy.

My friend has one and uses it daily. I've used it a few times as well. Says it supports up to 300lbs, but since neither of use are remotely close to that, then we have nothing to fear. It comes with a exercise guide that shows you a few other ways to use it too. Worth the $ imho.

You can download that from torrents. It's actually a pretty good program. Uses muscle confusion and all that good stuff. But with any program, you have to stay with it, otherwise it doesn't do anything.

If you workout consistantly and correctly, you should ALWAYS see results. The P90X system just gives you a good schedule to follow.
