oh yeah, we got my grandfather the Loud 'N Clear thing
its CRAP..you hear so much fuzz it makes it pointless to use..

i saw it a couple of months ago in As seen on TV.
i have it, it's well made and secure. your can't do too wide of a pull up, so that sucks. over all i think it seems expensive but makes working out around the house easy.

Our unit bought p90x for our gym, and it works. I did it for sh*ts and giggles for a month and I saw some good results.

My buddy has an iron gym and it works. Its great cus we cant drill holes in the wall of our barracks room for a frame mounted one.

well, i bought the iron bar.

gets here around mid-month, along with the ab straps.
40 bucks both no biggy.
