Seiko Owners
I have a Seiko SHC033 that has lasted 10+ years, a few deep water dives, and more than 100k miles of travel to various parts of the world. The battery has been changed twice, and I've been through four or five wristbands. People that buy Rolex are the same idiots buying the Louis Vuitton handbags - yuppie wankers and old people mostly.

Oh yea, I like my Seiko, but no more so than the Swiss ETA movements in a nice case. Mechanical watches have their own charm, as do fine clocks. It's not about keeping good time, they're just cool. Generally those who can't afford such things don't appreciate them. Human nature I guess, but no less stupid than those ignorant rich guys you seem to dislike so much, with their silly Lambo cars and Swiss watches. Yep, people with real money are all stupid, you must be right, but then how do you suppose the got the money? Stupid must pay pretty well.

Seiko's are the badest, toughest, sexiest, mothas around.
Seriously, Seiko's are like Hondas (or Toyotas), affordable yet very reliable.
To me, Seiko's are the epitome of sexiness.

Yes, I think Rolex owners just try to show off. Should I start a Timex thread to show off mine too?
Edited: I didn't know there was a Timex thread already.
That's funny! But I don't see a Folex thread yet. I do really have one. And you can't tell a difference between a Folex and Rolex, 'cept in the way they work.
