Well November 2005 I got a call for add space for $150. Well you never know what will work
I paid it, 6 month go by and I totally forgot about it. I called a couple times, Very bad PR
asking: what is going with my ADD do you need photos of my info?

Now ONE year mark they finally got my the paid flyer, but 3 of the 7 phone number were WRONG
Poison Control
Fire non Emergency
Animal Control

I made several call to them and finally spoke with a Director of administration - Fred
he said they will reprint ASAP and ship out just after Thanks giving.

Mid December they said they are shipping out on Monday 11th.
Nope did not ship

I have been polite and courteous and pacient for the past YEAR

Called Friday requesting a call back of when I could expect my flyers, no return call yet
Called again and left msg, still no call




ADS enterprises SUCKS

 

$150 or not, most people expect a return on their advertising dollar very quickly. You gave them a year and they figured they could walk all over you. Is this a mailer that is mailed to X number of households, or is it put in a publication or something?

 

1. Sounds like your were half-baked about dealing with the half-baked.

2. Without a real idea of what kind of advertising this was supposed to be, uhh. . . we're kinda left here in the dark.

 

They said it was to be a mailer, then said with was to be with the stuff from real estate and all that other crap on the front door

They shipped me a box of 500-750? First part of November but the WRONG Foshizzo phone numbers

They did not sell the whole ad space just to me... everyone else must know they suck. I was the only dummie

8.5 x 5.5" ad look great but the wrog numbers.. Hmmm A have a client who is the President of
the local Parkinson Orange County chapter, she want them and feel they would be a great resource - I just have to give them to her - with correct numbers

with a top 2" full of Just in Case #

 

Well I kept calling and getting VM.... today I called and a real person answers
briefly tell her the situation...
ADS : O yes I know they are shipping today
Me: shipping to get printed? or shipping as a completed job to me?
ADS: shipping to you and will have them 3-5 days

Waiting to see............
