Default Selling S2k :( need help finding other car.

Hey guys. I think next week is going to be a very sad week for me. I am going to post my 03 suzuka up for sale. Whyle it is a sad day it is also a very exciting day. I am going to be proposing to my girlfriend soon and will be starting to go back to college!!! So now you know why I am going to be selling my car.
I don't know anyone else to ask, I was hoping you guys could help me find another model/year car that i can get. Just to tell you what i'm looking for:

i want a car/truck that gets good gas milage and is dependable. Something that probably costs under like 13-14k. I was thinking about a cougar xr7 maybe but i dont know. I really like it because it's sporty and has a sunroof. Now i don't know what kind of gas milage the car gets but that was what I was thinking. Does anyone have any advice for me. I'm really going to miss my s2k. Thanks for all your help guys.
-Peter

why not stick with Honda/Acura? You could get a 99/00 TL or CL, or Accord.

I hope you're not selling your car to pay for a ring. that's all I'm going to say about that... but, best of luck.

check epinions.com to see the various car comparisons of actual owners.

nah, definatly not selling the car to pay for the ring. I've already paid for it in full. I just want to sell the car because spending 800 bucks a month on a car when you are 21 years old is a little excessive. Thanks for hte tip on eopinions.com! i'll definatly check that out!

Congratulations! That is very exciting! Also congrats on going back to college...it is the right thing to do.

I'd ditto the suggestion of finding a pre-owned Honda in that range. For your budget, you may be able to find a certified one that can also pack a decent warranty.

Thanks a ton! i'm so excited. The good part about this is that I am going to get my dream car. My dad is going to find a 77 Triumph Spitfire that him and I can work on. I remember when he had his when I was young. I used to love that car. So finally I will get one!

Sorry to have to tell you, but if you are going back to college, you won't have time to work on the Spitfire, and even if you did, your new boss won't let you.
Kiss your old way of life goodbye.
