I keep on reading comments about how dissatisfied people are with the standard or service for the S2000 in the USA. Is it really that bad or it is some isolated incidents or dealers?

I've always found Honda service in Oz to be exemplary. The dealership that looks after my S2000 are interested, they listen and they take good care of the car. You can tell by the little touches like the car wash, vacuuming of the interior etc

Mind you, notwithstanding their best efforts, they still can't find one problem that is driving me crazy!!
