I've always gone by the motto of "whoever asks, pays"
If I was asked out by a guy to go for (insert event here), I would absolutely expect him to foot the bill. If I was the one suggesting drinks or dinner as more of a "get to know you" type of deal, I would insist on going at LEAST 50/50.

Women these days I think lack alot of "class" and classy to me is stepping up to the plate and giving instead of always taking, as long as it does not get abused and un-appreciated.

What cheap a$$ fvcktard. If you ask the girl out you pay ,not a hard concept to figure out. Don't want to pay don't ask her out . Don't have the paper to pay , than stay home with your free suscription of Stuff magazine(posted from time to time in Off-Topic section ) and some hand lotion.
If the girl brings her "special talent" to the party you as a guy better bring some cash or a damn good package between your legs . As a example, if both guys are as identical as two humans could ever be other than the size of their wallets why would a chick ever date the poor guy vs the rich guy. Not that money solves all problems but not having any causes much more. How many married folks divorce because of money.
