So does anyone else here watch HGTV?

I watch HGTV for the better part of the day also. My wife and I recently remodeled our house, and we used some tips and ideas off of the shows.

I watch from time to time. Mostly as comedy, people with 60k annual after tax buying 350k houses.

I was on "look what I did". If you ever see a re-run with a glass house in Austin... its me.
I saw that one. That's a really amazing house.

I miss that show. I liked seeing people showing what they did, rather than what they paid someone to think of and do for them. Good on you!

I had a friend who was on that show as well. He had a huge house on the water with a custom shape guitar pool.

I would watch HGTV, but theres only so much you can do as far as home improvement to a 75 sqft barracks room.

Edit: Nice sex room you got there. I want one.

How do you have a white sofa set with 2 lab puppies? Also, with a baby on the way, that white sofa will turn green.

Thank you. They actually filmed the show a long time before it was aired on TV. In the episode my wife was pregnant with our first son. My wife enjoyed being on national TV, but she was nine months pregnant at the time... not very good timing, haha. --- He is now almost three and we have another son that is 5 months old. Because of our growing family (and the dangers involved in raising children in that house i.e. 20' cliff on the front side... 8' cliff on the back side) we sold the house.

I'm so glad we sold it when we did. It was easy for us to sell and because of all the sweat equity, we made a ton of money. However, I have a feeling that in today's market it would be harder to sell.
