Default So I have this turkey...

...that a client gave to me about 4 years ago for Thanksgiving. It's been in the fridge for that time and I have even MOVED with the damn thing when I moved from Evanston to Chicago.

Is it still any good?!?

WTF is a single guy supposed to do with a huge freaking turkey anyway?!?

Any ideas?!

I tried to move part of my wedding cake when we moved from Virginia to Florida (you're supposed to thaw it and eat a piece of it on your first anniversary). The cooler it was in ended up with about a half-inch of water it in when the sealed bags of ice opened up, but we kept the cake, thinking that we could eat a bite out of the top layer just to say we ate a little of it in tradition.

Well, I threw the cake out finally just before I moved from Florida to Texas: 5 years after the wedding and a few months after the hubby and I separated... Incidentally, I think I threw out a frozen turkey as well!

So my vote is to throw the damn turkey out! Even if it is still good, if you haven't eaten it yet, you aren't going to...

After 4 years, that thing is a real Turkey. By the way Greg, do you know how to keep a turkey in suspense?

I'm surprised that you've kept that thing for four years.

Maybe you can have a BBQ and make turkey burgers on the 4th.
