To buy an Enzo you must have previously owned at least two NEW Ferrari's, and I think also a previous supercar from them (F40, F50)
I'm not sure how accurate this above info is, but pretty darn.
They also are very picky, requiring a letter from you stating why you deserve to own this car.
I think that it's just a lease too. Like you can't just turn around and sell it to some car collector for a huge profit.
They require that the car be driven hard, and determine if by means of downloading the car's brains.

A funny thing is that if you look up this guy's sale's buy history (at least what is still available, there's been no transaction recently greater than $100. Now suddenly he has a million dollar car?!
