He literally stepped in front of my car and told me to back up and wait for him to finish writing the other ticket. So anyone know any laywers in the OC area?

Yes I'm a high school student. I would pay the fine but the thing about that is my insurance will go up. So anyone have more info on the 12 hour traffic school or any lawyers in the area?
