Please get help. You've got two wonderful daughters to think about, and another child on the way. Don't focus on your In-Laws, focus on your immediately family. I realize your invested in tradition, but you're going to need to find something more important if you're going to get though this. Find that something, and you'll move on, and become happier.

See a fertility specialist. They can increase the likelihood of having a male child. This is just a little bump in the road, not the end of it.
