Y'all are just noticing this 'trend' now? If you're really sick of it, have all your white friends start doing it then fad will die faster than you could imagine.
All of my friends that were doing it were white. And hot chicks.

Stickers? I've seen the hang tag left on the hat as well.

"Wait, is that hat new?"

The point of leaving the stickers on is so when you take off the hat you put your finger on the stickers instead of the brim, grease* from your fingers would leave marks on the hat.

*grease; also referred to Popeye's chicken grease, afro sheen grease, any other stereotypical grease the "normal sticker-on-hat wearer" may have

Yeah, this is way past trend or fad and well into culture at this point.

I noticed several people with these when I was out last weekend. Unfortunately, some of them were my friends.
You need new friends

Ok, so if the sticker if for the grease and oils on your hand (pussies) then why do they also leave the price tag on?? Seriously, I'm not impressed you paid $20 for a cap. Everytime I see someone with a tag on their hat I just want to rip it off.

Have you tried taking those stickers off? They always leave a lot of residue behind. Much easier to just leave them on.

Hats are kinda pricey nowadays, they range from like $40+.........By no means am I poor, but I consider $40 for a fitted baseball hat pretty expensive.
