Stickers? Tags? Never noticed such. And pics of somebody wearing such, to reference?
(FWIW, I have a Dallas Stars 1999 Stanley Cup Champions hat that still has the holographic NHL sticker on the bottom of the bill. I left it there as a collectible, even though I've worn the hat enough over the years to make it really dirty.)

How about douche bags over the age of 10 who wear their hats sideways? If you are older then 10 and walk around wearing your hat that way it is time to take a swing at your head with a baseball bat for looking like a moron.

Everyone does this around here, and it's all white posers. I don't wear hats, since I don't even buy jeans that cost 40 bucks.
What I really hate even more is that the same people who wear the stickers still on their hats also hardly even have the hat on. It basically sits on their head pointing upwards, I mean... Wasn't the hat invented to protect your face from the sun or something?
