Dude, you're making this waaay too difficult. Sue on the grounds that the thought of entering a restaurant and falling or tripping on uneven asphalt causes you undeserved trauma and stress, thereby decreasing your potential vitamin D production due to lack of sun light exposure. Done deal/ case closed
