do you wear sunscreen on your face? do you think that will help alleviate sunburn/sunrash? i always go out with sunscreen cuz i have sensitive skin.

check with a dermatologist cuz that looks pretty serious.

LOL, actually Melissa, I dont have it now. I get it every time we go to the auto-x and last time I went there for the parts on my tonneau, I got it. It's not as bad as that pic (less red more pimple looking) but it's simular.

I use sunscreen all the time too. Thought that would help, and it dont. I still get it anyways. MAybe that's why it's not as bad?

Bad itch ---> scratch ---> sore +

I used to get an allergic reaction to mosquitoes that would make them quite severe so I know just how good it feels to scratch them

Quik S2K,

For what it's worth, you're not alone. I've gotten the same thing on a few occasions when I forgot to put on sunscreen and proceeded to snowboard the whole day in short sleeves. For me, it feels different from a typical sunburn because it itches more and doesn't flake and peel as much. The itch also feels like it resides deeper beneath the skin (not sure if you can relate, but it feels like the itch after you get a tattoo). I've always kind of dismissed it as just a nuisance, but after reading some of the links here, maybe I ought to do more to prevent it in the future.
