Quik, I joke with my friends that I am so pale that I need SPF 200...in all seriousness, swap your suntan lotion for the highest possible sunblock that you can find. I found some at....someplace....the Body Shop, maybe...that was SPF 50 that actually didn't feel like clay when I put it on

Happened to me for the first time too, just last month. It was on the tops of my hands and around my knuckles. I couldn't put my hands in my pockets and it felt like my hands were burning, 24/7.

Went away, but left scars
