Those choppers are extremely loud (and annoying). I also wonder if modified muscle cars also get a pass as well.
I got pulled over several times with my R1000 but they let me go each time, but once my neighbors kept calling the cops on me, I traded it away.
I have walked away from many a ticket by being polite and courteous

Is there a difference between a tea party and a teabag party?
Take it to court, and ask the cop to provide certification that he can judge decibels just by using his ears. He will fail to do so, and you will be free of ticket. Exhaust tickets always have a db requirement, and without a db meter, there is not a damn thing they can do. Furthermore, the DB reading must be taken at 25 feet at idle.

And everyone runs a tp, not a big deal.

I don't run a tp. Your statement is false.

Ask Fapout, I'm sure he will be willing to show you the difference....again.
Agreed.

Even a moment's worth of clutch slip will negate that miniscule amount of horsepower.
