Symptoms of getting old...or something else?
I found myself buying Elvis and Frank Sinatra CDs lately. I seems to me that their music is much more smoothing to my ears than anything else on the pop charts these days. No offense to current/existing fans, but I don't think I've ever liked Elvis or Sinatra until just very recently, and would turn off/change channels if I heard their songs.
Am I just getting old? Or is this something else?

It must be something else, because I'm starting to listen to Frank Sinatra stuff also and I'm only 19. Maybe I'm just getting old too
.
...I do have a bunch of music that "older" people would listen to.

Look into Elvis's Sun Sessions, only albums (this is some real early stuff) of his I have. Mostly Blues & Jazz fan. Grew up on Classical/Opera, parents also threw in some Honky Tonk, and Swing.
A lot of todays music isn't my cup of tea, especially the Techno's. The newest stuff I've got is The Tragically Hip.

I've always loved Frank, Dino and Mel Torme. They're music is timelss, their voices are unforgettable. They'll be around for generations to come.
