Default T.V. Suggestion (Sony vs. Sharp)

I'm in the market for a new LCD Flat panel television and narrowed it down to 2 choices. 32" Sony Bravia LCD vs 32" Sharp Aquos. Any recommendations/ suggestions? And why? Thanks in advance!

I just picked up a Sony 32in Bravia and love it. I was contemplating this the Panasonic and Samsung. The Sony had the built in HD tuner and faster reponse time 8ms compared to 13 in the Panasonic. Sharp i was nort really crazy about the picture.

Both are nice. I am having a hard time choosing a LCD too. I think the Sharp is a little bit pricier.

Thanks! Keep em' coming! I'm looking at the Sharp Aquos LC32D4U vs. Sony Bravia KDLV32XBR1. I'm looking for the best picture quality and it seems that the Sony has an edge over the Sharp. Any other feedback would be appreciated!

To my eyes the Sharp looks better with a cable/satellite input -- but the Sony looks a hell of a lot better in low light with a DVD player.

Decided to go with the Sony Bravia XBR. No complaints whatsoever. Compared both side by side and the Sony to my eyes was just a little clearer. Both were great moniters. Thanks!

I think the Sonys are overpriced for what they are. However, you picked up the XBR which I haven't been able to see in person.

I just picked up a Philips 2 days ago.

Nice choice on the Bravia. I'm looking for a 30-37" LCD and have been researching everything from lower end (Westinghouse, Syntax, etc) to the higher end units (Bravia, Aquos). I had the opportunity to view the Westinghouse and Bravia side by side and there is a tremdous difference in clarity and brightness.

Will you be re-working your center channel? How does the Bravia sound w/o your home theater setup?
