of course; too many tattoos on ANYONE looks ugly. but a couple good ones in the right places, im not talking about a girl that has tattoos up and down her arms and back. thats gross.

Did you actually research this or are you just guessing?

"Complicated" is not the right term to use. "Time-consuming" would be more appropriate, as it ususally takes 4-6 sessions to remove the tattoo depending on the size, and the color yellow generally remains.
