We're going to take a trip, most likely 2 weeks long, but maybe only a week. So far, the choices are (1) NZ (2) UK (London, Ireland, Scotland) (3) Spain/Italy
Any recs from people that have gone?

 

If you are thinking about NZ you may as well got to the barrier reef in Australia.

AND if you are going after March I can show you around Sydney...

 

Agree with Cash...NZ is beautiful. South island...amazing! And definetly see the reef since you are going to be so close. Do you guys scubadive Tenblade?

I need to get re-certified and Chix was going to get hers. NZ is looking more and more like the place to go.

 

We need doctors over here.

 

If immigration was not such a hassle, I would move to Australia..... no kidding!

Went on www.seabourn.com . prolly the nicest cruise line around... small ship, with better than a 2:1 passenger/crew ratio.

The sights and cultures to see were awesome... however, that was pre-9/11.

 

I would recommend Spain/Italy. I was there about 2 years ago and Italy is remarkable any time of the year. You two will love the outlets near Florence (Prada, Gucci, Fendi,.....). The markets in Florence sell things cheaper in the winter months due to the slower tourist traffic, but the designer Outlets are supposed to be where the real shopping is.
