Default term papers?

No flames please, but does anyone have a college level term paper concerning the bottom issue saved on their PC and doesn't mind fowarding me copy I'm not trying to "really" plagiarise, but would like to use it as a starting point and reference. Kind of stuck on ideas to write about and it's due shortly, so would appreciate it if anyone can help. I was thinking about the death penalty controversy concerning juvi's, but the Supreme Court recently ruled all juvi death penalty cases unconsitutional, so I'm stuck on ideas and time is short.

thanks

Why dont you write about how criminals can get a walk due to technicalities during the criminal process where the criminal is convicted but later let go due to a violation, no matter how severe or minor, of one of their personal rights?

that's a good topic, but is there isn't a lot resource out there. i'm looking for things that have to do with the Constitution like privacy rights, death penalty, abortion and such. Something really controversial and that has tons of resources. but concerning your topic, i think criminals should be set free if the gov't f*ck ups

Sounds like you need to write something addressing the Patriot Act. I bet there're scads of websites/resources out there describing the various rights that are (arguably) infringed upon by that piece of legislation.

If you want something a little more focused, you could write about Jose Padilla.

I'd get deeper into those topics, but I don't want to have to punt your thread to the Politics forum .

Compare and contrast the gay rights issues of the late 90's early 00's with the black civil rights of the 50's and 60's.
