1. To the same degree you have expectations of others, have that same expectation of yourself - in this case logic.

2. You seem to have the intelligence to successfully argue your viewpoint, but it takes respect for everyone's views to get it across. Learn some respect.

In the real world, most theologians have a bent. Very few Christian theologians have, for example, read the Koran or Confucius. Some have not even studied Judaism - from which many of their "doctrines" originate. Theologians usually have a field of study somewhat beyond the bounds of their church affiliation, but not global by any means.
