Just drink a bottle of laxative and shit your colons out.

 

Better yet, drink a whole bottle of apple juice and wait 30 minutes. You'll be cleaned out.

 

I did it for 7 days, lost 14 bs. It was awesome, very difficult drinking the salt water flush was rough, but after I did it my syste was UBER efficient, I would eat and then 30 minutes later I would be in the bathroom (not like diaharia, just normal )

Just drink a bottle of jack, you will throw everything you have up, and drop dueces all day long the next day. Maybe even get laid by a chubby chick, sounds like a win win win to me
