LOL. Everyone has their own opinions. No matter what anyone says, all that matters is what you believe in the end.

I think the true hero today was Rocco Mediate.

Here is a 45 year old veteran. He gives up 65 yards in length off the tee to Tiger and yet not once did you hear him complain, swear or did he give up. There are many pros who could learn much from him.

"Way to go Rocco! You almost beat Tiger on a course the PGA set up for him!"

tiger is awesome. he is a legend in the making.
He is already a legend. He is playing against ghosts now. He has no real competition. Rocco did put up a valiant effort though.

All he has ever played against are ghosts....and to make any comparisons against former greats is pointless.

Watching Tiger win is getting fairly boring. It's the same stuff every weekend.

I'm not a big golf fan, but you just can't help it but hate to love him and love to hate him. I mean this guy don't get involve with much if any incident that you would hear of. For being who he is, he is consistently very low key and off the radar. He rarely get caught for running off his mouth and he is the biggest name in sports.

I mean WTH!!! Tiger is playing on a recently repair knee, it was bothering him and somehow he still won the US open. How can anyone think they can beat him if he is healthy? Oh wait, they don't!

it sucked for Rocco Mediate to lose. Probably his only shot at a major (has he even won any tournaments? - i don't follow golf that well).

Tiger is awesome. He has brought sooooooo much $ and fans to the sport it is riduculous. the purses were $250k when he started and now are $1M....i would say mostly due to 1 guy....

plus today there are pile more people playing golf than in the Arnie / Jack era's so he is competing against 10X the people....and he still kicks ass!!!!

Tiger is simply amazing. Rocco played great but that just shows you how good you have to play to beat him. Quit hating on Tiger. You just wish you had the skills he has.
