Top 20 Geek Novels
I've read several of them, and I am trying to read Cryptonomicon...but its just so damn technical. I don't think i am going to finish this one, and isntead pick up Stranger in a Strange land, or Brave New World.
also, why is tehre no Arthur C. Clarke in the list? he is a geek's wet dream (and my frickin idol) Surely 2001, or RAMA would qualify.
and why cryptonomicon over the braroque cycle?
to me the list is a bit flawed, but, you can't have everything you want.
I've read 1,2,4,6,7,8, and a bit of 17.

And yeah, I thought it was a little odd not having 2001 on there. Rendezvous with Rama was another interesting one.
