I am going tomorrow to trade my S2000 in for a cl type -s the reason for doing this is I have a kid on the way and this is the best way i think i can have a back seat and have a cool car thats not a mustang anyway i was just wondering what you all thought about this , and i would like to thank everyone for their help and advice thnx Jeremiah

 

Couldn't make a better choice! Please break in the engine PROPERLY though and go easy on the tranny. I've driven my neighboors TL TypeS. They didn't even bother to break in their engine and floored it right off the dealer lot. Compared to the other TypeS I have driven, theirs seemed A LOT slower. Plus, that car tends to have a weak auto tranny, just like all Honda's do with the J series engine. You know if you wait a couple more months, you can get the 6sp which is coming out in the fall.

 

The CL type S was my distant second choice when I got my S2000.

Its pretty fast, but I didn't really like its shape. I actually like the TL better.

 

How bout an Audi S4?

 

S4 is a little too much for my blood i need to stay at the 500 month mark. Jeremiah

 

I believe that the Cl-S is going to come in a 6 speed this year from what I have read motortrend and such. You might just want to wait until it arrives. Just my .02
