Bring a Hustler magazine in the car with you and go to town. Don't even put the top up, just prop the magazine on your dash and play with your dingus. That should kill about 5 minutes of your time.

i have tinted windows so I just put in a porno into my dvd player and toss off.... 2 hours off tossing = workout... so i can skip the gym... all good.
