my neighbors friends car lost a battle versus lightning and a falling tree. the tree was about 10 feet around and 30 feet high. it actually fell from the other side of the street. this is why i wont buy a house without a garage. not to mention thieves when you curbside park

 

Yikes. I hope it's insured. I'd never park my car on the street, unless it's a winter beater or something like it.

 

Well, the tree could always fall on the garage.
