Default Turning heads

This afternoon I stopped at the supermarket to get my wife some Pepsi. I parked next to a Carrera 4: red and black like my S2000. I thought "At least she'll have good company in the parking lot."

Then what struck me is this: here's a great car which would go for twice the price of my S2000 (more-or-less), and yet my car will turn twice as many heads as the Porsche.

Interesting.

As I walked through the doors into the supermarket I heard the Porsche start up. (Porsches have a very distinctive starter, even as Hondas do.) And it was gone when I got back.

The S looks great in a supermarket parking lot. Just park it where you won't get your door dinged. And there is always the challenge of transporting multiple shopping bags.

I was taking it to fill it with gas for my wife and stopped to run an errand for her.

Besides, who likes to go to the store anyway? At least this way I get some pleasure out of it.

And it doesn't take nearly as long to get there and back.
