I understand that they wanted the footage for their big story, but the cameraman is a piece of shit for not even attempting to help him
And Warren, I can't believe YOU went to the website of a FOX NEWS affiliate

"I'm not sure if I would have swung my camera at the woman if it was me she attacked or not.
Usually, I advocate putting down the camera and getting involved, however, I probably would have continued shooting because the other, bigger guy (bigger than me) got involved instead, helping to pull the asshole off the reporter. Now if the big guy hadn't been there or had been a buddy of the guy who attacked the reporter then I would have put the camera down and gotten involved."
Others in that thread agreed. As far as the Fox affil, he's a reporter and I'm a cameraman so of course I'm gonna check it out.
I almost had a similar incident while shooting a story for America's Most Wanted.

You did camera work for AMW? That's pretty cool. I'm a fan of what that show stands for.
