UNBELIVABLE: my story at the BORDERS going to HIN.

Can't you call the local TV station and tell them your story? If you can't try them in the court, do it on TV.
I can't believe that the law allows someone can get away with this abuse of power.
I'm planning to go to Mexico on July 4th, I hope things will go well.

man, as an american, i am totally sadden to hear how this was handled. I can understand asking questions, given the current situation, but tearing your car apart? that is just wrong. I am glad you have contact with a lawyer.....
please keep us posted...

I hope you get compensated for your pain.
I wonder how many S2000s cross the border.
Customs has seen the full mix of ways people try to get drugs in/out.
The drug runners and Customs are always looking for something different, no matter how small. You fit the mold of "Something Different".
Sorry. To the Big Man, we are nothing.

I played a joke on GNALUZU, from the Arizona group, one time. We were going through a border patrol check point after driving to Tombstone. We have check points all over the state (within the borders). They look at you, ask you a question or two and then pass you through. I told the officer he was driving erratically and seemed to be intoxicated. He was driving a BMW M roadster at the time. Of course, the officer asked him a few more questions, but let him go when GNALUZU told him he knew me. I was still in the check point area watching.
Is your car half white and half black carbon fiber as in the pictures on your site? That would make me take a second look at the car too, even though it is less likely than such a conspicuous vehicle would be smuggling anything, you never know.
Living in Arizona with many checkpoints, I know you have no rights on this one, even less being a foreign national. In Arizona we see smugglers, and "coyotes," people that bring illegal aliens into the country, all the time on the news. I am sorry this happened to you and I hope it does not happen to anyone else.
