Question UPS damaged my package

I was waiting for this huge glass mirror to come in today.........bought it on ebay...the tracking started today at 5 and said......package was dmaaged in transit will be returned to seller, then at 9pm it said the recpeient refued package, (wtf I was never ntofied of a package) then at 12:01 it said UPS damaged it etc and seller will be notfied of detailsa nd seller willbe sent package and I'm out several hundred now..........

Looking at your report UPS, as usual, does not claim responsibility. Unless your sender packaged the mirror in an ISTA 2D drop test approved box UPS will deny the claim. They will say that it is not properly packaged and they are not responsible. You will need to get back with the sender to reship or get a credit. It stinks but thats how UPS works. Also unless the sender declared additional value the max claim is $100.
