Smile I have used Staples/UPS for shipping

First time blue label CA to OH took 5 days
Second time with in California Ground shipping about 50 miles
Handed package to the UPS driver, should have been to client Monday
no later than Tuesday, UPS always says 1 day in So Cal.
Call to check up on tracking, Monday no package found
Tuesday out for delivery. Never delivered
Wednesday 4th closed
Thurday still lookin for it
Friday delivered 1021AM

A friking week, client emailed me 15 times all stressed out
Client Called Staples/ ups customer service, left me several messages
I called each day, "as soon as we find you package we will call you
to see if you want it delivered or sent back to me" Bastards never called me.
I called them to day, and they were agurung with me about the date it WAS shipped. They said it was shipped Monday

NEVER USE STAPLE-UPS FOR SHIPPING, CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS IN STORE AND STAPLES UPS C.S.

Tough break, I used Staples/UPS one time and worked great. Earned me a postive reply on ebay for fast shipping.

Must be a crappy Staples or bad luck with shipping.

hmm that sucks about shipping. If you handed it to a driver all they have to do is drop the damn thing off at the center. Its possible though it ended up on the wrong route. When I drove for UPS I used to get a couple things that were not supposed to be on my truck every damn day. If the driver didn't peel that label of the package it just goes through a cycle. That or the driver didn't know where the place was and just brought it back. I have never had issues though in the past shipping through staples or office depot.
