I wonder what Bolt's speed is in mph at full stride? The 200m time would include his acceleration. I thought I read somewhere that the average person can only run 12mph top speed, but now that sounds too low.

with bolt's 9.58 second record for his 100 m that puts his speed at 23.35 mph. so he's pretty much running the same speed as in 200m. although i say that not knowing if 0.5 mph is a huge difference in track
