Another site had his 10m breakdowns. The first 40 took 4.368 but they didn't confirm meters or yards.

Which would probably earn him more cash (even if he can't catch) to play football (a'la Renaldo Nehemia) than he can make at track. But he would have to take a hit once in a while and work hard. I think it would be cool to see a reciever that makes Randy Moss speed look like nothing.
Regardless, Bolt is one fast man. If he got over himself and stopped the showboating during the final 20 meters, he could make records that won't be broken for 20 years.

yea, but lets see how he fares after he gets jammed at the line and then popper by the safety.
speed isn't everything. (unless you're the oakland raiders)

Really, wide receivers don't get banged up that often at the line. They're mostly small and light either way and if they were really getting pounded, they wouldn't last nearly as long as they do.
^^ tru.
either way we're starting to diverge OT in this thread. LOL...
usain bolt - good runner.
michael phelps - good swimmer.
steffi graf/martina navritilova - good women's tennis players.
let's keep it at that.

Running/sprinting is by far the most accessible sport, any person can do it. Therefore its safe to say that sprinting is the most competitive sport on the planet.
This guy destroyed his competitors, and I think he is easily the most dominant athlete right now.

He isn't called "The Fastest Man on Earth" for nothing.
Bolt usually doesn't have great starts due to his big size; but once he gets going, it's like a freight train pulling away.
There's usually a belief that shorter and more compact guys would make better sprinters, but Bolt defied that conception. The guy looks like a giant among the field of sprinters.

Another annihilation of the world's bests in Lausanne, Swizerland just a couple of days ago. Not even close (and he eased off at the end):
