no, that check is for 2 thousands of a dollar.

.002 - 1 + 1

if it said zero AND .0002... it would be 2 thousandths of a cent.

At the end of the day, the lockbox processor who is employed at Verizon's bank (Citibank, B of A, etc) will return the check so it won't even matter.

do you recognize there is a difference between .5 dollars and .5 cents? Yes. Do you therefore recognize there is a difference between .002 dollars, and .002 cents? Uh.. no. hehe that makes be chuckle everytime I think about it. Verizon is staffed by a bunch of monkeys.
