At the OP.

Basically it's a way of sticking it to them. That function works out to some number. I don't have a graphing calculator to work it out, but it's probably an amount equal to their bill.

I've been trying to find an online calculator that will calculate it, but so far I haven't been able to find one.

I have a TI-89, but I can't find it anywhere.
