Assuming that IS true, that means it must have snowed literally, out of a bucket to coat a road like that in the time frame he claims, meaning, whiteout conditions, meaning, pull the hell over and wait it out.

PS, just watched and paused the video, not only are the tires summer tires, they appear to be nearly bald.
