Yeah, I didn't put water in. Oops. To cool it all down after I realized my mistake, I poured water on it cause it was just sizzling and smoke was coming out of it. After about 5 seconds, that big mass of burnt noodles suddenly broke free of the bottom of the bowl and floated to the top rather quickly, quite a frightening thing to see.

I don't see how macaroni and cheese is consdered asian food though. Or maybe that wasn't your point, maybe you were just babbling cause you're homesick. Cmon back!
