Most watch enthusiasts HATE replics. I remember before someone had posted a site though that sold almost perfect replicas that ran about 1000 dollars for a replica of a 12000 rolex.

my cell phone is my watch....hehe.
I am thinking about getting one...trying to get my grown man on....
looking for something for an active lifestyle...something not too expensive but can go to the office on Monday and go camping on Saturday...
any suggestions?

here's a few great watches without breaking your bank:
for digital, try the latest Casio Pathfinder PAW2000T (has all the function you need for camping and still slim enough to wear in the office)
for analog, try the Casio G-Shock MTG1500, GW2000 (they are super tough and solar atomic, so they are pretty much maintenance free)
for automatic, try Seiko diver watches SKX007, 009, 173 etc with bracelet
and Seiko Aplinist:

or get a traser/luminox with metal case and bracelet, they are great tough watches and has tritium tubes that will light up with charging in sunlight. don't know how much you like the idea but you should be aware that tritium is a radioactive material, but it only emits very low energy beta particles that won't even penetrate the dead layer of skin
and also Citizen Eco Drive perpedual calender chrono titanium (BL5250-53L):
http://www.amazon.com/Citizen-Eco-Drive-Pe...L/dp/B000EQU02S
perpetual cal means it will automatically adjust for leep year (28th/29th in Feb) and 30th/31st of each month.
if you want to move up the latter of price point, try Oris TT1 divers and something from Hamilton as well.

My family back in england and germany have been in the jewelry and clock making business for the past 300 years. I am in love with watches and clocks in general, but do not wear anything too expensive on a daily basis. My father recently purchased a patek philippe tourbillon repeater and has a nice collection of grandfather clocks, cuckoo clocks, timepieces and watches, some of them made by my ancestors. I'll have to post up some pictures.

I had this trio for a while

This one hung around for a few years.

The manual wind movement just sung to me.

I picked this up three years ago.

Grabbed this for a trip to Belize

I'm a sucker for manual wind and a big crown

Just sold this sexy thang. In and out in 10 months

Can't forget about my Seiko Samurai. Auto movement. Paid $125.

Can't ignore this part of the obsession.
