The girl who is talking to him on the phone is pretending to be someone else. Everything she says is a lie. Now the OP is asking what he should do. He is still talking to her pretending that he believes everything she says....

 

okay, so you visit this girl in the hospital right? So if it isnt her on the phone talking to you, then wouldnt your convos conflict?

Example: You: Hey it was nice talking to you last night ont he phone.
Her: We talked last night on the phone?


Im so confused. my head hurts.

 

How can this be if he visits her in the hospital?
