Btw, wreckless driving = good, reckless = bad.
Nobody will pay $10K a year for that ridiculous notion, save for some very rich people who like driving a lot, like Jay Leno.

2) 39 been driving since I was 14 haven't died or killed anyone yet
3) I stand corrected ----> RECKLESS... happy?
4) I would pay that much however, I would have to drive more and eat less.
5) I spend 10k a year on food and gas... really not a big deal.

No, there would need to be a separate "100 mph" lane. Kinda like a car pool lane or something.

If I had a service like that, for $15 a month, I would get a parking ticket a day. I would park wherever I wanted, and foot the bill to you. Great on paper, but you will go bankrupt inside of 3 months.

I wouldn't pay for ticket insurance. Paying the fine is the easiest part of getting a ticket. The hard part is DMV points and increased insurance rates.
And I wouldn't want to share the road with people who think they have "speeding immunity" just because they won't have to pay a fine.
