Default Weather banner from Wunderground.com

See my sig below. I thought it would be neat to know the time, temp where a member lives so we could appreciate their driving conditions, and to know if they are even awake when we post.
It seems that this has attracted the attention of quite a few board members and some people are having trouble getting it to work. I've tried to help members with problems getting this banner to work via posts, PM's, etc, so to help others who may in future see this and to minimize repeating myself, I thought I would put detailed instructions here. I'm sure the computer wiz types can streamline this info but for me, I know it works.

Go to - www.wunderground.com and type in your city for "fast forecast" (or the next nearest one if yours doesn't come up). Then go down about 1/2 way down the page and click on the square "add this to your homepage". Right click on the banner or gizmo that you like and then click to see its properties. When the properties box shows up, highlight everything in the URL from "http" to "gif", right click on this and copy it. Then go to the S2000 forum and click on MyS200, then go to "Edit Profile". Scroll down to where you see the box for "signature". Start typing in that box: [ img ] (but with no spaces) leave no spaces and then "paste". Your "copied" URL should now show up. Then finish the line with [ /img ] (again no spaces). Go down the page and click on "submit modifications".

Have fun.
